An interesting option about iPhone you should know, that is going to make your life easier, is that you can create custom vibrations on your iPhone for your contacts that will help you recognize who is calling or texting. Here is how to do it.
Custom Vibrations On Your iPhone
Go to your Contacts and select one person you want to set a custom vibration for.
Next, on the upper-right corner of your iPhone screen, you’ll find the option “Edit”, tap and open it.
Then you’ll have to scroll down on your screen and find the two options.
The option “Ringtone” for changing the vibration for phone calls and the second one is “Text Tone”, to change the vibration for the text messages from your contacts.
Once you click on the “Ringtone” option you can tap “Vibration” and then you have a list of different standard vibrations that you can choose, or create a new one by yourself by clicking “Create New Vibration” below.
Then you can start playing with the different ways of vibrating by tapping on the screen. When you’re done just tap the “Stop” on your right corner of your iPhone screen and play it again if you want to listen to.
And if you want to do it over again tap the “Record” button on your right corner. To save your new vibration pattern click “Save”, and then give it a name and tap “Save” when you’re done.
Now, your new vibration will be along with the list of your other custom vibration options and you can use it for other text tones or ringtones as well. Next, go back and tap “Done” once you’ve chosen which pattern you want, and then tap “Done” again to exit the Edit screen.
You can make this kind of custom vibrations on your iPhone for as many as you want, it is a good option to set them for different contacts that are texting or calling you in your everyday life so that you will know exactly who is calling or texting without even looking at your iPhone.
